Google country bans affect image and directory searching too

One so-far unremarked aspect of the Google country-based site-bans, is that they apply to image searching too.

Compare an image search for stormfront.org in Germany
http://images.google.de/images?q=stormfront.org&safe=off&hl=en
(two results, from www.suffolk.edu)

With the same image search for stormfront.org in the US
http://images.google.com/images?q=stormfront.org&safe=off&hl=en
(many more results, from the stormfront.org site)

Directory searches are also similarly affected

This is yet more confirmation that the restrictions are implemented as a post-processing step using very simple patterns of prohibited results.
