	New report:

UK Parliament Mail - The Ministry Of Silly Messages
  http://sethf.com/anticensorware/general/uk.php

Abstract: This report examines messages being rejected by a mail
system in use by the UK parliament.

I've reverse-engineered why the system used by the UK
parliament to scan mail for "inappropriate content" was bouncing
messages ranging from Welsh newsletters to a Shakespeare quote.
