Seth Finkelstein approving Michael Sims for Censorware Project

[Note April 2002 - the secrecy below came from the strategy where at the time, I kept very private my work in decrypting censorware blacklists, for fear of being sued . Thus non-lawyer members of the Censorware Project (such as Michael Sims) were originally not told the source of the decrypted blacklists]

Slight change of subject, but still on CP. Seth, this is largely your call, but what are your thoughts on adding Michael Sims to the group with Bennett and Jamie? He's a workhorse, and he's shared with me some interesting thoughts of his own on CP. He can be told, as Jamie and Bennett have been told, that my "anonymous friend" is doing the decrypting. I think he would be a good addition, but this is Seth's call to make.

I approve, in fact I had thought about this before, but trained-in reticence kept me from acting on it.

[Note April 2002 - Sigh. This seemed like such a good idea at the time. If I had only known how it would work out, What Happened To The Censorware Project (censorware.org) . But hindsight is twenty-twenty.]
